Yes — that's the whole point of NIDO. Every listing is visited by a local verifier before it goes live, and the photos are retaken on the spot. If a room has changed since, we update the listing, not the memory.
You message the host directly — most issues resolve in minutes. If a repair keeps you from enjoying the stay, we either move you to a comparable home or refund the affected nights. No forms, no tribunals.
